Terms of Service

The Tallago service is operated by Highmont, s.r.o., Company ID (IČ) 05925509, VAT ID (DIČ) CZ05925509, registered office Stroužníky 748, 561 64 Jablonné nad Orlicí, Czech Republic. Contact: tallago.info@gmail.com. These terms govern the use of the service both in the free version and in paid plans.

Tallago is a tool for recording the results of outdoor team games in real time. It consists of a web-based admin interface for organizers, a mobile interface for instructors at game stations, and a public URL for spectators and players. The features included in each plan are described on the landing page (Pricing section).

The contract between you and the operator is formed when you complete the registration of your agency at /signup. By registering you declare that:

• you are over 18 or you act on behalf of a legal entity;
• the information you provide is true;
• you have read these terms and the Privacy Policy.

Use by persons under 18. If you are under 18, you may use Tallago under the supervision of a parent, legal guardian or the organization you act for (for example a school, a scout group or a club) – typically as an instructor appointed by the leader of a camp or event. If you organize or lead activities involving children in Tallago, it is your responsibility as the organizer to obtain the appropriate consents and take the measures required by the GDPR with respect to participants. Tallago itself does not collect any personal data from players/participants (see the Privacy Policy).

Current plans are listed on the landing page, in the Pricing section. Payments are processed by Stripe through its hosted Checkout – card details never enter our systems. Invoices are available in the Stripe Customer Portal, which you can reach from /dashboard/settings.

• Free plan – unlimited time, limited set of features. No payment.
• Pro – monthly or annual subscription. Payment is charged automatically at the start of each billing period.
• Changing plans – upgrades are possible at any time; Stripe automatically calculates the prorated amount. A downgrade takes effect from the next billing period.
• Cancelling the subscription – at any time through the Stripe Portal. Your account stays active until the end of the paid period, after which it returns to the Free plan.

If you are a consumer, under Section 1829 of the Czech Civil Code you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of its conclusion, without giving a reason. Send your withdrawal to us by e-mail at tallago.info@gmail.com.

Please note: Tallago is digital content/a digital service, for which the right of withdrawal may be lost if you expressly request that performance begins immediately before the 14-day period expires and you acknowledge that you thereby lose the right of withdrawal (Section 1837(l) of the Czech Civil Code). We will show you this consent before you complete the payment, on the payment page (Stripe Checkout) – these terms merely describe the consent and do not replace it. If you do not confirm this consent during payment, your right of withdrawal remains in place even after you start using a paid plan.

When using Tallago you agree that you will:

• not misuse the service to send unsolicited communications,
• not try to circumvent payment limits (for example by repeatedly creating free accounts),
• not reverse-engineer, scrape or overload the API,
• respect the privacy of your instructors and players.

In case of a serious breach of these rules we reserve the right to suspend or cancel the account.

Tallago is provided „as is“. We make reasonable efforts to keep the service running 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or resilience against outages of our suppliers (hosting, Postgres, Stripe).

We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profit, or damages caused by incorrect use of data (for example incorrectly recorded game results). Our total liability is limited to the amount of the subscription paid in the last 12 months.

The data you enter into Tallago – names of games, teams, results, notes – remains yours. By providing this data you grant us only a limited licence to store, process and display it, solely for the purpose of operating the service (for example showing results on a public URL that you set up yourself). We claim no ownership of your data, and you can export or delete it at any time (see the Privacy Policy).

The software, design, logo, trademarks and all content of Tallago (except your own data under section 8) belong to Highmont, s.r.o. or its licensors. You may not copy, modify or distribute them further without our prior written consent.

The processing of personal data is covered by a separate document, the Privacy Policy. We treat personal data as someone else's property – this is not a phrase, it is in the code (GDPR export + a one-time „Cancel account“ button).

These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. We will try to resolve disputes by agreement; failing that, the competent court is the general court determined by the defendant's registered office. If you are a consumer, you may also contact the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (coi.cz) as the body for out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes.

We may update these terms. We will notify you by e-mail of material changes (for example a change of prices or of the scope of features in a plan) at least 14 days in advance. By continuing to use the service after the changes take effect you agree to the new version.
