Stepping Stones (Lava River)
The team is stuck in the middle of a burning lava river, and the only way to safety is across a few solid stones. The game tests communication and planning - there are fewer stones than feels comfortable, and once a stone loses contact with a player, the lava sweeps it away for good.

The group has to shape a rope into the most accurate square possible - blindfolded and in silence. Players first work out a strategy without the rope and without knowing its length, then carry it out blind. The game tests communication, agreeing on a shared approach, and the team's ability to trust a creative solution without any visual feedback.
